Creativity is my girl and I mean it! In this episode of The Rough Concept, I am sharing my relationship with creativity and how it has been a form of healing and self-discovery for me. I am joined by Yasmine Cheyenne, an acclaimed writer, author of "The Sugar Jar," wellness expert and one of my favorite clients. Yasmine will be sharing her personal experience with the creative process and how she approaches it with authenticity, fearlessness, and joy in all aspects of her life.

- The creative process is a journey of self-discovery. Each time we embark on this journey, we learn something new about ourselves.
- It may not always be a smooth experience, but the challenges we face prompt us to tap into our frustrations and use them as valuable information for our creative process.
- The creative process requires getting in touch with our inner child, our creative self. It helps us access parts of ourselves that need to be heard and takes away the noise of life.
- We are not alone in our creative journey. There are many other creatives who inspire us with their stories, fears, triumphs, and failures. Their creativity motivates us to become better at being creative and to enjoy the process rather than worry about the outcome.
