On this week's episode, I share my a season where I overanalyzed my healing journey and was inspired by Kobe Campbell's words, "Healing is not becoming the best version of yourself. Healing is letting the worst version of yourself be loved." to create In Her Healing.  It was a reminder that we are ever changing, evolving, learning and adapting which means this healing thing is constant and that is okay. What I know now is the grace and love that I need to give myself on this journey, loving every part of myself regardless of expectations.

I've got Sylvia Wong, calligrapher, educator and live artist behind ViaCalligraphy, with me this week.  From the sisterhood of the #JustMarriedJacket in 2016 to teaching calligraphy and live art, Syl gives us a quick peak of her journey while sharing what she loves about the creative process. Tune in to hear more of why she would much rather create for the love of the craft over capitalism.

Creative Prompt: You know that you are a masterpiece, right? I believe that a self portrait is one of the most intimate ways to self reflect. I've done it a few times. You have to unveil every curve of your profile, discover what you like, what you don't. It's a process of self-love and discovery. I've done it a few times over the years and it prompts me to truly see myself. I invite you to create your own self portrait this week. It can include words, objects that speak for what is true to you
